1/20/2018 Don’t Be Afraid to Feel Emotion Do not be ashamed to feel different kinds of emotion. To feel emotion is human. Love, desire, anger, jealousy, disappointment, sadness and fear are only a few of the emotions we experience in life. It is alright to cry. But, don’t let these emotions cause you to do destructive or irresponsible acts. You can feel an emotion as long as it doesn’t cause you to do sinful behavior. Do not act on emotions that are destructive. Emotions are motivators. Make sure they cause you to do positive actions rather than destructive ones. If you are in love, work on developing a skill that will impress the person you are courting. If you are jealous, work on obtaining something similar to what causes your jealousy. If you are angry, try talking out your problem with your opponent. If you are sad, try spending time with people you love and appreciate the blessings you have.
